Three workshop topics are available:

Stress management

This workshop offers them tools to manage their stress so that they can succeed in their studies, maintain a healthy work life balance and enjoy time with friends too. They will learn about the difference between good and bad stress, identify the areas of stress in their lives and how they can support themselves and each other through times of stress.

Time management and organization

College and university students have more activities and responsibilities to juggle now more than ever. This workshop offers them a space to start the process of getting more organized and providing them with tools that they can implement to manage and sometimes even free up some spare time in their calendar. Its amazing how much ‘free’ time you will find in your diary when you are more organized and have a plan!

Setting and achieving goals

Whether its big goals or small goals or both, this workshop provides students with a framework for setting their goals, identifying what resources they may need to achieve their goals, how to monitor their own progress and ultimately achieve their goals.

My experience teaching students from school going to university age enables me to meet the group where they are at and to create a relaxed, encouraging environment that fosters learning and engagement. I bring my coaching for transformation skills into my workshop facilitation.
